1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Heavstal Tech™ Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
"The Service" includes the Developer Console, API Endpoints, Cloud Notepad, Zero-Knowledge Vault, and all related tools hosted on heavstal-tech.vercel.app.
2. Identity & Access
- Heavstal Accounts: Access to the Platform requires authentication via Heavstal Accounts or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session tokens.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in API abuse, payment fraud, or violation of our Bot Rules.
3. Password Manager & Vault Liability
The Heavstal Vault utilizes client-side AES-256 encryption. We utilize a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture.
- No Password Recovery: We do not store your Master Password. If you lose or forget it,we cannot recover your data. It is mathematically impossible for us to decrypt your vault without your key.
- Data Liability: While we replicate encrypted blobs for redundancy, Heavstal Tech™ is not liable for data loss resulting from user negligence, compromised devices, or Master Password loss.
4. API Usage & Limits
Your use of the Heavstal Developer APIs is governed by your subscription tier:

Excessive requests beyond these limits may result in temporary IP bans (429 Too Many Requests). Scraping our endpoints without an API Key is strictly prohibited.
5. Billing & Refunds
- Payment Processor: Transactions are handled securely by Paystack. We do not store credit card details.
- One-Time Payments: Subscriptions (1 Month, 1 Year, etc.) are non-recurring. Service stops automatically upon expiry unless manually renewed.
- Refund Policy: As digital services (API access and storage) are consumed immediately upon activation,all sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation.
6. AI & Content Generation
You retain ownership of content generated via our AI tools (Jeden, Image Gen). However, you agree not to use our services to generate:
- Illegal or sexually explicit content (NSFW).
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
- Disinformation or political propaganda.
Violating this clause leads to an immediate, permanent ban.
