Welcome to Heavstal Tech™. This Agreement is a binding legal contract between you and Heavstal Tech™ and its affiliates (“Heavstal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, generating API keys, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our software or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved your use of Heavstal Tech™ services.

1. General Terms
- The Services include Heavstal Identity (OAuth2), Developer API Console, AI Models (Jeden, Sentinel), Encryption Engine (Codex), Password Manager (HTPM), and Bot Engineering Infrastructure.
- This Agreement applies to all Heavstal products including websites, APIs, NPM packages, SDKs, dashboards, and all backend services.
- Heavstal infrastructure relies on Supabase, Redis, Google Cloud, Brevo, and Paystack. You agree to comply with their acceptable use policies where applicable.
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of your account or API keys constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. License & Permitted Use
Heavstal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms.
All rights not expressly granted are fully reserved by Heavstal Tech™.
3. Platform Services
- OAuth2 Identity Provider & Google Sign-In
- Developer APIs & AI Models
- Password Manager (HTPM)
- Bot Engineering Tools & NPM Libraries
4. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or exploitation.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits or system protections via IP spoofing.
- Reverse engineering proprietary software or source code.
- Reselling API keys or access credentials without written consent.
- Generating harmful, violent, hateful, or explicit content via our AI models.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, source code, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Heavstal Tech™. You retain ownership of content you generate using our tools, but the technology used remains ours.
6. Service Availability & Data
- Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
- AI results are probabilistic and must not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.
- Password Manager data is encrypted client-side (Zero-Knowledge). Lost master passwords cannot be recovered by Heavstal.
7. Updates & Maintenance
We may update, patch, upgrade, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without liability. We strive to provide notice for significant API deprecations.
8. Third-Party Services
Heavstal integrates with Google (Identity), Paystack (Billing), and other external platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by these services.
9. Payments, Subscriptions & API Usage
- No Auto-Renewal: All payments are one-time. We do not store card details.
- Payment Provider: Transactions are processed securely via Paystack.
- No Refunds: Due to immediate digital access (API Keys), all sales are final.
- Free Tier: Limited API requests per week enforced via Redis.
- Premium: Subject to fair-use policy.
- Abuse: Repeated violations result in API key revocation.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect minimal personal data strictly for authentication, billing, and platform security. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination & Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or perform illegal activities. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEAVSTAL TECH™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
